In 1967, The Country Press Inc. started our business providing Publisher through-out the United States with Bound Galley products and services. Today we continue that tradition. Bound Galleys are books that are produced after a manuscript has been typeset but before proofreading.

In printing and publishing, bound galleys are proofs or the preliminary versions of publications to be reviewed by authors, editors, and proofreaders.

We use bound galleys as advance reading copies. These bound galleys are to be provided to reviewers, magazines, and libraries in advance of final publication. These print-on-demand pre-publication proofs are printed, perfect bound books.
